Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling:
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service.
• No-call, no-show appointments will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and a 25% late fee will apply.
A valid card on file is required to book, and applicable fees will be automatically charged in accordance with this policy.
If you miss more than one appointment without notice, a deposit will be required to book future services.
